Snoobi was a Finnish web analytics consultancy company providing web analytics information to different B2B clients based on their own web analytics product, Snoobi Analytics. I've worked with the core Snoobi Analytics product as well as the company's ERP system built with Symfony2. This was my first experience working for a company outside of Croatia, and it provided me with valuable insights into the Finnish work culture and the software development industry in Finland. That year i permanently moved to Finland, after this nothing was the same again. I learned how to work in a multicultural environment, and I gained experience working with clients from different industries. This role allowed me to further develop my skills in software development and gain experience working in a team environment. Working directly with B2B clients on their analytics needs taught me to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes — an early lesson in understanding and communicating with external stakeholders.
